* Provide and operate the Platform
* Deliver AI-powered features (e.g. transcription and summarisation)

* Ensure security and prevent misuse

Customer data is not used to train AI models.

4. AI Processing & Data Usage

Prezentor provides AI-powered features as part of the Platform.

* AI processing is performed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
* AI processing is performed within the European Economic Area (EEA)
* Subprocessors are listed at: /subprocessors
* AI requests are processed in stateless environments (no memory retention)
* Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription
* In case of processing failure, audio may be retained for up to 24 hours
* Transcripts and summaries are securely stored and access-controlled

5. Legal Basis

We process personal data:

* To fulfill contractual obligations
* To comply with legal obligations
* Based on legitimate interests
* Based on instructions from customers acting as Data Controllers

Customers act as Data Controllers for the personal data processed through the Platform, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may share personal data with trusted subprocessors necessary to deliver the Platform.

Examples include:

* Hosting providers (AWS)
* AI providers (Microsoft Azure OpenAI, pyannote.ai)
